Last Friday morning Scott & I drove to Des MOines to pick up our rental car. It is a brand new 2009 Nissan Maxima and it is a nice car...but doesn't get very good gas mileage. :) Then we went to Nelson Pioneer Farm to set up for the reception. It looked very pretty!
Mom gave me a hug, and Scott came by and taped her hands to my back.
At the church we all had a little tour, then went through the ceremony a couple times.
Finally, we went to the church basement and had Breadeaux Pizza and pop. We overestimated the amount of pizza we would need, so we had about 8 extra pizzas, and handed them out to our family and friends. After dinner we were exhausted, so all went home and went to bed.
I don't have any wedding or reception pictures available on this computer, so I will post those when we get back from the Honeymoon. Stay tuned!
