Wrastling?

Today our Mahaska Co. CERT team helped an elderly lady whose house had been completely flooded last week--basement filled, and about 6 inches on the main floor. Her house has been condemned, so we helped pack all her salvagable stuff into a truck, and put it in storage until she finds a new permanent place of residence. The team of high schoolers from New Sharon HS came and helped as well. It is good to be able to help people in need, and also good to see young people who are willing to do that.

We went to Pizza Ranch afterwards and ate some pizza. On the way out the door, we saw a poster for an upcoming "Central Empire Wresting" duel going on soon here in Oskaloosa. It's the Chief vs. Tommy Ace. Since Scott's nickname is Mr. Chief, I thought this was pretty funny. on a side not, I'm not sure who in the picture is Chief, who is Tommy Ace, or even who the other guy is. I do think the guy with the mohawk is old enough to be my father and probably shouldn't be seen in public in a singlet unless he is wearing a mask.
