I met with the realtor last Friday, and she thought the inside of the house looked great! I finished up all the paperwork over the weekend, and it will go on the market this week. On Saturday my family came over and we had a work day to finish up the inside and clean up the outside.
Dad replaced a window pane that was cracked in a few places. He said he has had a lot of practice at this, since he broke a lot of garage windows as a kid playing baseball...
I put Jim to work sweeping out the garage and raking leaves. It is too cold still to mow the lawn or to put down some grass seeds, so we just swepts and cleaned up.
I trimmed all the evergreen bushes in the front of the house.

We neatly piled the branches next to the garage. I looked out the window later, and about 50 sparrows were sitting there, so I guess they liked where I put the branches!
