I have now lost over 30 pounds, which is very exciting. In celebration, I went to JC Penny's and bought a sundress. I managed to get into a size 10!!! I haven't worn that size since very early in high school. I am almost out of training sessions now, but I am planning to continue working out, and maintain at this level. The New Colleen
