Yesterday was the annual Sweet Corn Serenade in Oskaloosa. They have some rides for the kids on the square, the Celebration Iowa singers and dancers performed, the city band performed, and they served sweet corn and pork burgers. Here is the Roast-O-Matic where they cooked the sweet corn in the husk. Yum!
